Dance jaMY provides an opportunity for free expression and creative exchange, regardless of experience or age. Each participant is his or her own choreographer - improvising, composing his or her dance in real time, influenced by impulses coming from inside and outside. Intuitively, without the need for dance technique, he seeks his own authentic movement, tuning individual expression and the pleasure of creating "here and now" with attention to others and responsiveness.

Part of the event is live improvised music. On March 12, the Polish Dance Theater will host Jozef, creator of music for theater performances and projects, as well as the ambient release Silent Recordings, presenting quiet music according to the "quieter, slower, less" principle. Filip Martyniec, a multi-instrumentalist and producer from Poznan, creating as Phil Hollins, will also be with us.

The meeting will be led by artists-dancers of the Polish Dance Theater: Evelyn Blue and Zofia Tomczyk. We will begin with a short introduction and warm-up.
