The classes are a space for free exploration of contemporary dance. The instructors gradually transfer all movement tools to the participants, who thus become familiar with the technique of contemporary dance. All information is explored on an ongoing basis during each meeting.
During the time spent together, participants train their technique using a classical base, in addition to sharing and seeking new solutions in the body together using improvisation. Learning choreography, meanwhile, becomes a means to push boundaries and express one's own artistic voice.
.Creating awareness of movement develops cognitive functions, builds acceptance and self-esteem. In the workshops, we focus on perfecting the dynamics of movement and consolidating the material, using the fundamental elements of contemporary dance and improvisational techniques.

Alexandra Kuś - studied at P.A.R.T.S - Performing Arts Research and Training Studios - in Brussels. In the 2020/2021 season she was a member of Elephant in the Black Box Junior Company and performed as a guest dancer at Staaatstheater Nürnberg Ballet. She danced in productions of Romeo&Juliet and Hidden Beauty (chor. Jean-Philippe Dury, 2020), 2021 Nichts (chor. Marco Goecke, 2021), Narrenschiff (chor. Goyo Montero, 2021) and Secus (chor. Ohad Naharin, 2022). Mateusz Krzysiak - certified dancer, performer and educator. Graduate of Anton Bruckner Privatuniversität in Linz, Austria with a BA Contemporary Dance: Stage Dance/Performance/Dance Pedagogy. Scholarship holder of the Erasmus+ program at the Conservatoire National Supérieur Musique et Danse de Lyon, France, in the department of Danse Contemporaine. In 2021 he was a trainee at CCN de Rillieux-la-Pape - Yuval Pick Company in France and in 2022 he was a Dancer at B'cause Dance Company in Warsaw. He has worked with artists such as Julien Monty, Dor Mamalia & Dariusz Nowak, Bartosz Woszczynski, Ryan Mason and Annette Leal-Lopez. When?
