We have been appearing at the W. Kilar Contemporary Music Festival regularly for several years. This year we will perform there in front of a children's audience, although the performance "KoczkodanSe" is also moving for adults.

The Gorzow festival is being held this year for the tenth time. Its idea is to promote contemporary music through various forms of artistic activities. In previous years, we have shown there the performances "Polka" (2019), "Fabula Rasa" (2021) and "Water Hen or Delusion" (2022). The music for all of them was composed by Professor Zbigniew Kozub*. It is also the ambition of the festival's creators to reach as wide an audience as possible. A dance theater performance addressed to children therefore fits into this idea first and foremost. And what a coincidence! In the musical layer we will also hear compositions by Zbigniew Kozub.

"KoczkodanSe" are a moving performance. Although they address the trivial issue of human-animal relations, they touch the emotions of the audience at the same time, evoking both laughter and tears. All audiences - both children and accompanying caregivers - leave invariably delighted. For the dancers of the Polish Dance Theater, on the one hand, it's a challenge, on the other - in every performance you can see that they have fun on stage measuring themselves against the interpretation of animal characters. And then there are the costumes, the simplicity of which is a challenge and a puzzle for the children's audience.

The festival performance will be shown on Sunday at 12 noon. "KoczkodanSe" will also soon appear on the stage at Taczaka, we will show them several times in early December. Please note that tickets are unfortunately no longer available for some of the performances.
