Premiere.

Tamara Lempicka claimed to the end of her life that she had "tried everything." She saw openness to new experiences as an artist's duty. She drew pleasure from beauty "whether it was the voluptuous female body or the angular male body." Such are her paintings: unobvious, beautiful, with clearly defined lines, "angular," art-deco.

Located in the Polish-German borderland, on the banks of the Lusatian Neisse River, Muskauer Park (Muskau) became the set for the fourth choreographic film project of the Polish Dance Theater. Spread out on two banks of the river, the very different parts of the park complement each other to form a compositional whole. Such a different character of the eastern and western sides of Muskauer Park inspired and created a natural canvas for the film image Ta Mara. Saturated colors and color lines taken from the works of Tamara Lempicka build the compositions of each scene. The movement created by the female artists-dancers of the Polish Dance Theater company-reflects the elegance, precision and figurality evident in Lempicka's paintings. One can also feel in the choreography the fire and tension that characterize the painter's work.

.

The park, which was the brainchild of Prince Hermann von Pückler-Muskau, has been a UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site since 2004. The uniqueness of the area is still being discovered. We hope that the landscapes of the park, captured in the film, will become an inspiration to visit it, while the film imagery, composed in the spirit of art déco, and the dance of the extraordinary women artists of the Polish Dance Theater, will evoke a creative frenzy and the courage to transcend what is conventional.

The film's visuals, which are composed in the spirit of art déco, will inspire a creative frenzy and the courage to transcend what is conventional.
