February 12 from 18.00 - 20.00 we invite you to the headquarters of the Polish Dance Theater at 8 Taczaka Street for the first meeting this year in the jamY #na Taczaka series. JaMY #naTaczaka are cyclical meetings of movement and sound improvisation, organized at the headquarters of the Polish Dance Theater in Poznan, open to everyone. They aim to create a space for shared practice of dance and music, as well as creative exchange regardless of experience or age.

In our idea, jaMY #naTaczaka is an opportunity for dance improvisation, i.e. composing dance in real time. Each participant is his or her own choreographer. Moving freely under the influence of impulses coming from within and external stimuli, she seeks her own authentic movement, tuning individual expression and the pleasure of creating "here and now" with attentiveness to others and responsiveness.

The meeting will be led by artists-dancers of the Polish Dance Theater: Evelyn Blue and Zofia Tomczyk. We will begin with a brief introduction and warm-up that will prepare the body for experimentation in movement.
