Today is International Dance Day - the only such day of the year.
We wish everyone all the beautiful experiences brought by movement, a wordless and so complete form of meeting with another human being.
This is the ninth edition of the Competition, the purpose of which is to create an international platform for the exchange of ideas around the theme of body expression and to activate recipients of dance art to create artistic expressions that are creative interpretations of movement.
Movement, we should add, understood in a multidimensional, subjective and open way - not only as a human form of expression.
The entries can be submitted in three categories:
- 1 page, covering literary works in any form in Polish;
- 1 look, comprising various genres of visual arts (photography, painting, sculpture, graphics in various techniques, including computer graphics, installation), centered around the theme of body expression and composition;
- 180 seconds - including short films or video art of up to 3 minutes in length, referring to the content or form of body expression in movement or dance. This year, within the human-technology idiom, we are expanding this category to include projects using VR and AR technology.
The competition has an open formula - all interested people can participate.
We look forward to works previously unpublished.
Date for submission of works: September 30, 2025, 11:59 pm for works submitted electronically only, with the deadline for works delivered directly to the headquarters being September 30, 2025 at 5:30 pm.

The competition works will be evaluated by a Competition Committee appointed from among external experts with relevant competence.
The main prize - the Grand Prix - in the competition is a cash prize of PLN 1,500 awarded in each of the 3 categories by the Competition Commission.

The remaining prizes - honorable mentions and special prizes - are awarded by the Contest Committee and in accordance with the criteria developed by it.
The winners of the Grand Prix, honorable mentions and special prizes are awarded a publication on the website of the Polish Dance Theater and a presentation of the work during the gala summing up the competition.
The competition's awarding of the Grand Prix, honorable mentions and special prizes is done by the Polish Dance Theater.
An Audience Award is given in the competition. Its winner will be selected by a vote of the Audience, which will take place during the VII International Festival "1 page - 1 look-180 seconds". The award is financial in nature and amounts to PLN 500.
The award will be announced by the audience.
